You can additionally save money by eating at the Bloomfield restaurant on either a Friday or Saturday night. Providing you order between 5 to 7 pm your pierogies will be half price! Now you have no reason not to sample these wonderful pierogies.

The order of Three Pierogi is made from a potato and cheese mixture. If you are eating with a few friends or are just plain hungry then you may wish to order the Red or White Platter. This is a huge platter of food which includes Kielbasa, Kluski, Haluski, Golabki along with plenty of pierogies.

The surprising part is that even this large order will run you just under ten bucks!
Besides pierogies there are many other Polish Specialty foods on the menu. One that you should try is the homemade noodles and cottage cheese dish. This is properly known as Kluski and is very tasty.

For those diners who don’t feel so adventurous the Bloomfield has more traditional items available. This includes salads, burgers, wings and fries.  Visit on the right evening and you can listen to local bands playing live.So whether you are a pierogie fan or want to sample them for the first time then head down to the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern in Pittsburgh.
